VISTO la renuncia presentada por el Comisario General -R- D, Adrián Juan PELACCHI al cargo de Secretario de Seguridad Interior del MINISTERIO DEL INTERIOR y atento lo establecido por el artículo 99, inciso 7 de la CONSTITUCION NACIONAL,
EL PRESIDENTE DE LA NACION ARGENTINA DECRETA:
Artículo 1º-Acéptase la renuncia presentada por el Comisario General -R- D. Adrián Juan PELACCHI (M.I. N° 5.198.724) al cargo de Secretario de Seguridad Interior del MINISTERIO DEL INTERIOR.
Art. 2º-Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese.-MENEM.-Carlos V. Corach.
