Progress continues in deepening bilateral relations, both in trade and investment opportunities.
The Chief of Staff, Nicolás Posse, held a meeting on Tuesday at the Palacio de Hacienda with Brian Nichols, the US Assistant Secretary of State for Western Hemisphere Affairs.
The officials discussed the reforms being implemented by the Argentine government to stabilize the economy and promote investment in the country. Current affairs were also addressed, and opportunities offered by Argentina for the future were highlighted. In this context, there was progress in deepening bilateral relations, both in terms of trade and investment opportunities.
Also in attendance were Pablo Quirno, Secretary of Finance at the Ministry of Economy; Juan Pazo, Secretary of Industry and Productive Development; Marc Stanley, US Ambassador to Argentina; and Matthew R. Stokes, Economic Counselor.
