La República Argentina y HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft han llegado a un acuerdo de conciliación que pone fin a la controversia subyacente al procedimiento de arbitraje que tramita ante el Centro Internacional de Arreglo de Diferencias Relativas a Inversiones identificado como Caso CIADI Nro. ARB/07/31 y el consiguiente procedimiento de anulación parcial del laudo emitido por el Tribunal el 21 de diciembre de 2016. La República Argentina ha realizado el correspondiente pago ordenado por el Laudo.

The Argentine Republic and HOCHTIEF AG Settle Investment Dispute

The Argentine Republic and HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft have reached an agreement to conclude the dispute underlying the arbitration proceeding before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes identified as ICSID Case No. ARB/07/31 and the related proceeding for partial annulment of the award issued by the Tribunal in that case on 21 December 2016. The Republic of Argentina has made payment of the Award accordingly.
