EL SENADO Y LA CAMARA DE DIPUTADOS DE LA PROVINCIA DE CORDOBA, SANCIONAN CON FUERZA DE LEY:

ARTICULO 1.- Nota de Redacción: modifica la ley 8.837.

ARTÍCULO 2.- DERÓGANSE todas las normas que se opongan a la presente en lo referido a la constitución del paquete accionario del nuevo Banco.

ARTÍCULO 3.- COMUNÍQUESE al Poder Ejecutivo.
