Environment and community
From our organization we propose different solutions to conserve nature and promote the sustainable use of natural resources. We promote concrete actions to care for the environment, using disposable supplies and providing information to disseminate environmental issues that affect our planet.
We share the vision of ICAO regarding the need to improve the environmental behavior of aviation and the fulfillment of its responsibilities, elaborating standards to be applied by the entire aeronautical sector.

Assistance to victims
One of the axes of our interaction with the community is assistance to the victims of a civil aviation accident and their families.
During the 39th Triennial Assembly of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), we present a Study Note proposing the implementation of a coordination procedure between the AIG authority, the civil aviation administration and other aeronautical actors, with the objective of providing the assistance that is considered appropriate to the victims and relatives of victims of an accident.
With this in mind, we elaborate the Protocol of Assistance to the Victims of Civil Aviation Accidents and their Families, which establishes the general guidelines that the JIAAC adopts in this matter; and that it internalizes the provisions of ICAO in its documents related to assistance to victims and their families.
